Two years ago I bought a Madame Alexander 12" doll for my granddaughter. The baby has had many baths, but no clothes to put on her. This year my granddaughter has been begging for clothes for her baby. I found this pajama, but was unsure whether it would fit a Madame Alexander baby. No worries. It is soft and cuddly, and fits as though it were made for our baby doll. I am going back for more.
