The item was exactly as described when it arrieved. Very cute. However, that is about all it was, yes was, is very cute. The item did not even make the day on Christmas. I bought it for a 3 year old child who barely had her hands on the item. Anytime she wanted it wound it was done by an adult. The elephant on the inside (like the ballarina in a typical music box) no longer stays attached to the spin mechinism, the box no longer winds to play music, and the flag on top of the box is not secured and therefore does not stay upright. Needless to say the item is now up on a shelf. I tried to contact the company via email re: my displeasure with the item, but received no response.

iam very upset with this product it is not worth 30 dollars i recived this product 10 mins ago and when i open the box i was piss to see that they left the price tag on the box it said 4.00 dollars so i just bought 6 ofthis boxes. i'm sending it backand i want my money back as well please to don't buy this it's cheap at well doesn't not play the music at all. i'm looking into this company
