I ordered this as a gift to go along with the Olivia saves the Circus book. I ordered it because 10" would be the perfect size for a one year old. I would have had a happy ending had the Olivia been 10" it is not. It is 6". Very dissappointed and a little upset because the product discription is dishonest. I will not purchase from the Book Fair again.

I received this doll today and it is much smaller than 10 inches. I am disappointed but it is not worth it to return it. It looks just as pictured but it is maybe 6" instead of 10. Just to let you know.. Thanks.

The doll is a perfect size! Purchase this along with "Olivia saves the circus" book and it was a perfect match! My niece loves it and loves to read the story with her matching doll! Great buy!!

As i have said many times, Olivia is the rockstar of today's youth market. She has a toy line, a clothing line, books, and a show, and she also has stuff animals made by Gund. If you don't know the name, you should know one thing about Gund - they make the best stuff out there, they do not come cheap and do not fall apart, and they are some of the softest toys around. I have had a Gund that my grandmother gave me for around fifteen years now and it still feels the same and looks the same as it did when she got it for moe. Considering that she is now gone and it is here to remind me of her, I appreciate that more than I put in a review to say that Gund should be given medals for showing such care.
As far as Olivia is concerned, she is one of the cutest toys to hit the market in quite some time. Kids can love her and parents can love her, and people can give her as presents to people young and old. She also works as a great rolemodel, telling children all the time what things they should or shouldn't do. She also daydreams quite a bit, and this toy is the byproduct of one that sleep without sleeping.
If you haven't seen Olivia, inmagine a cute little pig with a grand little smile, pointy little ears that always stay up, spindly little egs that are funny in some ways and cool to see in the books or in the cartoon, and outfits that make her cute as a button.In this garb she is ringmaster Olivia, and i absolutely adore the way she looks in this little set-up. her outfit is cute with the jacket and the hat, and she is safe for kids because she doesn't have pieces that could harm them in the process. I am not sure but she has an age limit anyhow, but knowing that the hat is big and that the jacket is just a piece of clothing is good to know for a parent. As far as a buyer is concerned, the material that she is made out of is also up to Gund's reputation, with Olivia feeling so soft and making the perfect little friend for both kids and adults. I actually buy these for my wife beause she is the greatest little toy right now, and stuffed animals couldn't smile any better.
If you see her and like her, you should get her. She will go out- of-print like any oddity does pretty soon, and she isn't like the stuffed crazes that came before her. She is a toy and one thing about toys is that they ar enot like collectibles - they simply become collectible when a person wants one and they can't find them. and with Olivia's fame hitting the roof these days, a person with kids might want to get this if their child watches the show because it may be gone soon. Even I got one for my wife, simply because it was adorable and my wife and i both love the little thing because the show, books, and toys are great to have around.
I personally like this one and the normal one with the red dress the best, because they are the ones that seem the cutest to me. I recommend them, too, because you never know how long they'll be around.
