These marbles have nice, random swirls in them, but are more brown or taupe than purple. They barely have a tinge of purple. Not at all like the photo. I'm disappointed because I was relying on the purple color as part of an art project.

These marbles are captivating to look at and watch. The colors and patterns are amazing. Each marble fits in with the set, but each marble has unique characteristics. This set makes a great addition to any marble collection. I also encourage viewers to look at all the different sets available.
