This review is done for my 9 year old granddaughter. It was purchased by me for her birthday. She loves it. Her and her friend played with it all afternoon after they got home from the party.

I don't know if it is the kids or myself that likes this puppet more. They love it when I use it to "read" stories to them. The pieces can go missing easily, but it is SO fun to put together!

I purchased this gift for my nephew's 3rd birthday. He absolutely loves the puppets. He is also thrilled that his 12 and 18 year old sisters, and his older cousins are joining in on the fun. This is a great toy because it uses imagination and socialization, which is very important for young kids. The only tiny issue is that the velcro pieces don't tend to stick that great, but no one seems to care. My nephew thinks it's funny.

I use this toy to teach facial body parts to little ones as well as indicate moods by adjusting the facial features. It may not always be "cute" but it is always cuddly. It also encourages a bit of creativity in older kids. Tell us biologically what that particular feature does for the creature you have created.
